​​​​​​​Nathan Speed was appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer at Arc Infrastructure on 9 December 2024.

Nathan rejoined Arc Infrastructure in 2019 as General Manager Commercial and Development, bringing with him extensive experience in strategic management, sales and business development, customer relationship development, contract management and financial analysis.

Prior to rejoining Arc Infrastructure, Nathan spent five years in the air transport industry, as Commercial and Projects Consultant for Perth Airport, and Commercial Director, Asia Pacific with CHC Helicopter, the world’s largest helicopter services company.

From 2008 to 2013, Nathan held senior commercial roles with Brookfield Rail – predecessor of Arc Infrastructure – gaining significant experience in the rail sector across commercial agreements, financial assessments, budgeting, reporting and compliance.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours, with majors in Commercial Law and Economics from Curtin University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jessica Tiwade was appointed General Manager People, Governance & Risk at Arc Infrastructure in 2021 after previously holding the Head of Governance & Risk role.

As General Manager of Governance & Risk and People teams, Jess is helping to drive a strong proactive risk culture by partnering with all functions within Arc to support effective risk management; the development and management of HR systems to support all employees; training and development of Arc workers; reduction of harm to people and environment; strengthening governance and assurance; and ensuring that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

With over 20 years’ experience, Jess brings experience from various governance, risk, assurance, compliance and accounting roles, across infrastructure, health and mining industries, including at Silver Chain Group, Rio Tinto and Clough Engineering.

She holds a Bachelor of Business with a Double Major in Accounting and Marketing, Graduate and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and member of Chief Executive Women.

Daniel Lategan was appointed to the role of Chief Information Officer in September 2024. Daniel joined Arc Infrastructure in 2016 as Manager Technology Business Systems, then taking on the role of Head of Technology in 2018.

As Chief Information Officer, Daniel oversees all aspects of operational and corporate technology, with a focus on cybersecurity, infrastructure automation and resilience, as well as project delivery.
 
Daniel has more than 27 years’ experience in Information Technology and has held various Oracle application consulting roles in South Africa and the Middle East, as well as roles with BAE Systems and Barrick Gold in Australia.

Tim Cooling was appointed Acting General Manager Commercial at Arc Infrastructure in December 2024. Tim started with Brookfield Rail – predecessor of Arc Infrastructure – in 2010 and has held senior roles in Commercial and Works Delivery during his time with the business.

Most recently, Tim was the Head of Commercial and Regulatory, managing customer relationships through full lifecycle management of commercial contracts with a focus on driving improvements in the rail supply chain. He also led Arc’s participation in amendments to the economic regulatory regime and overseeing regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Arc Infrastructure, Tim started his career at RAC WA. Tim has completed the AICD Company Directors course and holds a Bachelor of Marketing, Graduate Certificate in Finance and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
