FAQs

Do you have a question about our recruitment process? Below is a list of frequently asked questions you may find useful.

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, email recruitment@arcinfra.com

How do I apply for a position with Arc Infrastructure?

Take a look through our Current Opportunities page on our website, which lists our positions currently available.

If you see a vacancy you would like to apply for, simply click on the apply button and it will take you through our online position application process. You will be required to complete a set of questions, as well as supply a copy of your CV, a cover letter and any other relevant qualifications for the position

What do I do if I would just like to register my interest in joining Arc Infrastructure, but there is not a suitable position currently available?

You can email your CV to Arc Infrastructure’s Human Resources team at recruitment@arcinfra.com, outlining the type of work and/or area you are interested in, and we will record your information for future reference.

We still strongly encourage you to actively look at our Current Opportunities page on our website and apply for any positions that may be available for which you feel you would be suitable.

What Pre-Employment Checks will be undertaken for each applicant?

All prospective employees are required to undertake a pre-employment medical (includes drug and alcohol testing), obtain a police clearance certificate (paid for by Arc Infrastructure) and provide at least two referees before the position is offered. Some positions also may require additional steps which could include psychometric testing and practical exercises.

If you have any questions about this please email us at recruitment@arcinfra.com.

What happens after I submit my application online?

Once you apply to a position, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming receipt of your application and resume.

We will assess all applications against the job description and requirements of the role and make a shortlist of candidates who best fit the requirements of the role. We will then make contact with these candidates to get further information and explain the rest of the process.

If your application is not successful, you will be notified and are encouraged to continue looking on the Current Opportunities page for positions that are more aligned with your experience.

What if I am interested in multiple positions? Can I apply for more than one position?

Yes. Please apply for each position of interest that matches your experience and the requirements as specified by the position. Your application will be considered against each job for which you apply.

Does Arc Infrastructure offer vacation work for university students?

Yes, from time to time Arc Infrastructure does offer opportunities for university students to come in to complete their work experience. At the time, we will advertise directly with universities for students to come forward for the opportunity to undertake work experience with Arc Infrastructure.

You can also register your interest by sending your CV and a cover letter which outlines your area of study to recruitment@arcinfra.com.

What do I do if I am having problems with the online recruitment system and am not able to register my application for a position?

The main reason this happens is that people often forget their password. You can go through the process of retrieving or resetting your password through the system.

If this does not work you can contact us at recruitment@arcinfra.com and we will guide you through.

How will I know if I am selected to participate in the interview process?

If your qualifications and experience level are most aligned with the requirements of the position, your CV and application will be reviewed and considered. If you are selected to proceed in the process, you will be contacted directly by a member of Arc Infrastructure’s HR Team.
