Arc Infrastructure will be undertaking emergency repair works at the level crossing on Kwinana Beach Road between Port Road and Patterson Road this weekend.
These are urgent repairs required to ensure the safety of our network, and therefore they need to be completed as a priority.
The temporary closure will be in place from 0001hrs on Saturday, 18 March 2023 until 1200hrs on Sunday, 19 March 2023.
A detour will be in place for light vehicles, however the works are expected to have a major impact on traffic. Please adhere to detour signage to follow the alternative route for light vehicles through Rockingham.
During the works there will not be a suitable detour for Heavy Vehicles (Restricted Access Vehicles and Oversize Overmass vehicles). We have taken this account when planning the timing of the works during the weekend, to minimise the impact of the closure.
Electronic message warning signs will be placed in the area to advise of the closure so motorists can plan ahead accordingly.
