The 2025 Sustainability Performance Report is another evolution of Arc’s Sustainability Strategy launched in 2022.
The newly published report includes new metrics and case studies, as many of the original 40 initiatives from the Sustainability Strategy have been completed or integrated into our standard business practices.
Highlights from the 2025 Sustainability Performance Report include Arc’s:
- Newly introduced Safety Days
- Ongoing partnership with Lifeline WA
- Aboriginal Engagement program update
- ‘Stop in Your Tracks’ rail safety campaign
- Longest ever network shutdown to complete critical works
- Involvement in championing tertiary rail education for university and TAFE students
Chief Executive Officer Stephanie Unwin said she was pleased to see Arc’s growing maturity in this space, as sustainability becomes firmly embedded in our business practices.
“Our Sustainability Committee has provided strong guidance to support the evolution of both this report, and how we integrate sustainability in our everyday activities,” Steph said.
