Arc Infrastructure is currently undertaking preliminary works as part of the Agricultural Supply Chain Improvement (ASCI) program. The ASCI program will see around 77 kilometres of track upgraded between Carnamah and Mingenew to allow 25 per cent more grain per train to be transported, providing operational benefits to local grain growers.
Our team will soon be commencing track renewal works through more than 20 crossings between Mingenew and Carnamah, working southwards, starting at Mingenew.
To facilitate our works the crossings will be closed one at a time, most likely for 8-10 hours during the day, starting at approximately 8am.
Works will be taking place from approximately the first week of February until the end of March. The works schedule is still subject to change, so for detailed information regarding dates and times of closures at specific crossings, please reach out to Superintendent Mark Bingham on 0472 842 512. In addition, our vehicles and equipment will be moving through the rail corridor for the duration of the ASCI project. If you have water pipes located in the rail corridor, please contact communications@arcinfra.com with further details, including the location.
