Arc Infrastructure is undertaking essential maintenance works on the rail network in the Mid West Region at the rail bridge adjacent to Railway Crescent in Millendon Junction from Monday 25 August to Friday 12 September 2025.
These works are part of Arc’s investment in the rail network in the Mid West and will ensure the integrity and safety of the State’s freight rail network, a critical piece of infrastructure for the ongoing development and growth of our economy and communities.
The main construction works are set to begin on 25 August and will continue until 12 September. Works will take place 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, night shifts will be limited from 3 September to 12 September, except on weekends.
Residents can expect there will be some noise and vibration in proximity to the project area due to the works.
All practical efforts have been made to minimise disturbance to the surrounding residents and the wider community. Please follow all traffic management signage and directions during this period.
