As Chief Executive Officer, Paul Larsen leads the team at Arc Infrastructure in managing and operating critical transport infrastructure assets that drive economic growth in Western Australia.

Since being appointed to the leadership role, Paul has led the transformation of both the rail network and the broader business. Around $2 billion has been invested into the open access rail network to modernise its operations, enable new customers to get their product to market and increase freight transported on rail by 113 per cent. Over this time the business has changed significantly transitioning the workplace in to one that is more open, collaborative and forward-thinking. This transformation has been recognised by industry, the company most recently receiving the Most Ambitious Company in Gender Diversity award from Engineers Australia.

Paul recognises the significance of Arc Infrastructure’s role in managing significant transport infrastructure and wants to make a positive difference in the communities across the state.

Paul sits on the board of Youth Focus, an independent West Australian not-for-profit working to stop youth suicide. Paul has taken part in the Hawaiian Ride for Youth for the past two years to raise money for the important charity and will be participating again in 2019.
