Arc Infrastructure, the manager of the State’s freight rail network, will be undertaking a critical upgrade of the railway line which requires the temporary closure of the level crossing at Redmond-Hay River Road, Redmond.
Users of Redmond-Hay River Road are advised that unfortunately the only available public detour is likely to add significant travel time to the journey.
For motorists the detour is a loop via The Pass Road, Chorkerup Road and Siding Road to reconnect with the otherside of Redmond-Hay River Road.

Electronic message boards will be placed in the lead up to the works to advise of the closures.
